Hi, I'm Jehlisah..

Growing up, I always felt I was made for more. There was a passion and drive within me that wouldn’t allow me to put in less than one-hundred percent effort into everything I did.

That doesn’t mean I was perfect, or life was full of rainbows and butterflies, but it does mean I wouldn’t settle for a life of mediocrity. Knowing there was a greater purpose for me, I discovered a love for empowering others around me and created my own business and The Social Work Academy. 

Through the field of Social Work, I have met so many amazing individuals and have developed many different programs.  It truly is a privilege to be able to teach, support and empower others within the field.
